The E61-grouphead combined with a large 800 ml boiler ensures temperature stability, which means that you get a real espresso just like a large commercial machine. Additionally, The Zaffiro features an adjustable thermostat, allowing you to dial in the optimum temperature for the perfect espresso.
As with all our large espresso machines you use the handle to brew an espresso.
The large 3 litre water tank also gives you the ability to produce a number of shots consecutively without a loss of pressure or temperature, making it great for entertaining.
