Why should I choose Espresso Italia to supply us with coffee?

Here at Espresso Italia we stock a wide range of coffee blends to ensure that no matter what type of coffee your looking for, we will have a blend to suit your needs. Additionally we can provide your business with everything you need to start selling great tasting coffee. 


What brands of Coffee do you sell?

Here at Espresso Italia we stock two brands of coffee:
-Segafredo Zanetti
-Espresso Italia

Segafredo Zanetti is an internationally recognized brand with over 50 years of experience in growing and roasting coffee beans. Customers from all over the world immediately recognize Segafredo as a indicator of high quality coffee. If you choose us as your coffee supplier we can provide you and your business with all of the products that you need to get started, including coffee machines, coffee grinders, promotional material, cups, etc.

Our Own boutique coffee roasting facility is located in the heart of Italy, in the "Umbria" region. This is where we sort, roast and package all of our coffee beans. Within this facility we product four different blends of coffee to suit the different tastes of our customers.
 

Can you provide barista training?

If you want your business to produce the best tasting coffee then training is essential. Even with high quality professional coffee equipment training is essential to develop you and your staff into barista's. We provide barista training completely free and it is part of our ongoing after sales service. We want to ensure that you are getting the most of out your coffee and your equipment to keep your customers satisfied and coming back for more.

Can I rent a coffee machine?

Espresso Italia now offers a facility for renting coffee machines and equipment. 

Renting offers a number of advantages over buying a coffee machine outright, such as:

-no long term contact
-flexibility to purchase equipment and recieve a 75% rental rebate if you purchase within 12 months.
-ability to upgrade equipment at the end of the 12 month rental period


Can i lease a coffee machine?

we do provide a facility which allows you to lease coffee machines which provides customers with a number of advantages. The cost of the lease payments is fully tax deductable and at the end of the leasing period you can pay a small residual to own the coffee machine outright.


Do you supply cups and other promotional material?

Yes all our coffee customers will receive free ceramic cups on loan as well as various other promotional material including umbrellas, wind barrier, light signs etc.

Can you provide regular maintenance for our coffee machine?

Yes our trained technicians can provide preventative maintenance and servicing for your coffee machine which should be performance every 3/6 months depending upon weekly coffee consumption, type of coffee made among many other factors.

What Warranty comes with your commercial coffee machines?

All commercial coffee machines come with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty as standard.

How important is a high-quality coffee grinder?

Whilst having a High-quality coffee machine is critical to producing a great cup of coffee, the coffee is only as good as the coffee grinder used. If your aren’t using an accurate and consistent coffee grinder you simply cannot experience a great cup of coffee. Cafe quality grinders such as the Mazzer and Eureka are able to accurately and evenly grind your coffee beans, allowing you to produce extraordinary coffee.  If you want to enjoy coffee the way it was intended, treat yourself, your office or your cafe to one of our grinders from Mazzer, Eureka and Saeco.
