We recommend that your coffee machine should be serviced every 6 months or after every 8kg of coffee is used.

Servicing of your machine can be done at our service centre for a nominal fee of $120.00 or FREE OF CHARGE after purchasing 8kg of coffee. A service involves...

• Descaling the boiler
• Cleaning of the grinder and brewing unit
• Full internal inspection
• Coffee pouring setup

No need for an appointment, just drop your machine off in the morning. Should you prefer a technician to service your machine on site an additional fee applies.
