We recommend that your coffee machine should be serviced every 6 months or after every 8 kg of coffee used to enhance the performance and life of your machine.

After purchasing 8kg of coffee through Espresso Italia, you qualify for a coffee machine service FREE OF CHARGE .  A service involves descaling the boiler, cleaning of the grinder and brew unit, full internal inspection and coffee pouring set up.

No need for an appointment, just drop your machine in!

Should you prefer a technician to service your machine on site an additional fee will apply.
